We will need: a foam ball (diameter 3 cm), a wire glued with gray paper (sold ready, in sets, in a set of 15 pieces), a satin ribbon 1 m, with a margin (width 3 cm), an adhesive gun and glue to it, a piece of felt.

We cut the ball into 2 halves, we need one, put it aside)

We take the wire and cut it into 5 parts (5 cm each), you can cut it longer if you want a larger dandelion. Then they cut it by eye, without accurate measurement.

We cut all the wires from the set.

Now it's the turn of the tape. They took the tape and began to dissolve the fringe when 2.5mm (approximately) had blossomed, cut it off with an allowance of 0.5mm tape (I hope I clearly described it). About 10 pieces were cut and spread (then, if necessary, you can cut it). We cut each section with a fringe into 4-5 parts.

We take a segment, grease it with hot glue and quickly, until the glue has frozen, as if we were twisting it onto a piece of wire. It turns out such panicles. We apply each panicle to the heated iron in the middle to make an umbrella. If there is a slightly non-symmetrical umbrella, this is good, because together they create airiness. Real dandelions are also asymmetrical!

The turn of the foam base has come. From below we glue a circle of felt. You can grease it with PVA glue a little. We take the remains of the threads from the dissolved ribbon and apply to the base, smoothing with a palm. When the threads are smoothed, we trim the remains from the edges.

Now the turn of umbrellas. We start sticking them into the base, you can drip a drop of glue on the tip. We head from the center in a circle to the edges. And that’s it!

A couple of dandelions are left to attach to the hair band or hair clip.
