Step by step cooking soup:
Vegetables are finely cut and stacked in a pan. Pour in tomato juice so that they are completely covered. If there is not enough juice, then you can add water. The resulting soup must be brought to a boil and boiled for 20 minutes under the lid. At the end of cooking, add chopped greens.
