The strips can be printed or formed by interweaving different color threads of the fabric itself. In the case of printed strips, it can sometimes be difficult to combine and chop them accurately.

But the rule is still the same: the details of the pattern, the strips on which should be combined with each other, should be pinned to the fabric so that all the lower edges lie on the same strips.

Fold the fabric so that the strips lie exactly one on the other, while the edges of the fabric do not have to be aligned.
