Lazy beef cabbage rolls




Ingredients:


    beef 500 gr garlic 3 cloves white cabbage 300 gr parsley 50 gr onions 200 gr zira seeds 1 tsp ground paprika 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp egg 1 pc. breadcrumbs 40 g vegetable oil 50 gr carrots 2 pcs. cream 10% 200 gr


Twist the beef through a meat grinder along with peeled garlic. Peel the onion. Wash the parsley and shake off any remaining moisture.





Chop cabbage into strips. Grind parsley. Add cabbage, parsley, zira and paprika to the minced meat. Finely chop the onion. Fry 1/3 of the vegetable oil with pepper until the onions are transparent. Add the onion with the butter to the minced meat, salt and mix well.





Roll koloboks from minced meat. Pour the egg into a bowl and stir with a fork. Pour crackers in a plate. Each cabbage roll is first dipped in an egg, and then roll in breadcrumbs.





Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a pan and fry each cabbage roll on both sides until golden. Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.





Peel and grate carrots on a coarse grater. Lay carrots on cabbage rolls and pour cream on top. Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.





After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the mold and bake the stuffed cabbage for another 15 minutes. Serve lazy beef cabbage rolls hot. Bon Appetit!
