I really like to cook dishes for a picnic, but in my own way. Fast and convenient to eat. Everything in this publication has been done by me more than once. This is delicious. But the photos are not mine, because it’s better to find professional ones than your own on the phone, right?

I won’t teach you how to cook barbecue, but I can add something on my own: please do not spoil the idea itself by buying ready-made meat in buckets or pickling it yourself in vinegar or mayonnaise! Eating fried meat in curled mayonnaise is tasteless and bad, and vinegar doesn’t need good meat! It is enough to hold it in your own juice with spices and salt! .. In an extreme case, add half a glass of wine or one kiwi per kilo of meat (pulp crushed so that it gets everywhere).

But even without barbecue you can come up with a lot of interesting things! Replace it with a sausage (as in the photo above), cut it and put inside a tomato, cheese, garlic or greens. This is almost a dish.

Shish kebab can be made from shrimp! And very tasty and fast. Prepares in a minute. The main thing is not to overcook shrimp kebabs on a fire so that they do not lose their special taste and delicate aroma. In the marinade (soy sauce mixed with fish sauce, lime juice, or mango), you can also hold it for just a couple of minutes - or you can do without it by taking some delicious dipping sauce with you or sprinkling shrimp with lemon juice directly on the skewers!

If you like not barbecue and barbecue, two ideas for her below. But these dishes can also be done on the grill, if you cross the skewers and put them on them.

Fried champignons. They need large champignons - heads, and the legs on skewers can be fried like barbecue. IT IS VERY TASTY to simply salt the heads and grease them with olive oil and that's it. While they are grilling on a wire rack, mushroom juice seeps out of them into the head. And that is enough! But for men, inside, you can add finely chopped smoked sausage with tomato or onion and ketchup. Salt is not necessary in this case.

Mini pizza on a picnic! Children are thrilled. And there is an opportunity to feed them zucchini! Thinly sliced??zucchini, on top of them a tomato and sausage with cheese - and on the grill.

Let's move on to homework. Sandwiches and sandwiches:

They can not be scattered along the road, bandaged with a napkin and twine. Or make one HUGE sandwich from a big roll, and cut it into portions already in place!

You can take a little boiled rice with you and put the kebab not just on a plate, but on it. After meat juice flows on it, you will not even notice how to eat it in nature!

I do not like alcohol at all. But sometimes picnics are arranged for weddings, anniversaries, etc. My advice: in this case, take not beer, but plum wine! At a picnic, it is appropriate, and even of poor quality - delicious!

A mesh tent is sold at IKEA and is quite inexpensive. You can not only hang it over the crib, but also grab it on a picnic and drive it to a branch! And the kids will be happy with such a tent, and for a romantic picnic at the cash desk, and the places of the newlyweds can be allocated :-)!
