If your hands are in bad shape do this before you go to sleep:
- Wash your hands with warm water and plain soap. Apply Vaseline or an urea-containing cream to your hands. Put on some soft gloves or even some old socks. Go to sleep!
When you wake up, wash your hands with room-temperature water and check out your new soft hands!
