And it is advisable to take gentle preparations based on lactulose, plant components.



Important! The so-called hydrocolonotherapy (in simple words - enemas) is not useful and even harmful, since together with the contents of the intestine, natural microflora can be washed out. And more frequent enemas are fraught with impaired peristalsis.
