Teen Mom 2 star, Jenelle Evans, is crying tears of joy. The mom of 3 has regained custody of her children after losing them over five weeks ago.

The 27-year-old took to Twitter to share her excitement.

“Crying in tears of joy,” Jenelle posted on Twitter following the decision. “I GOT ALL MY KIDS BACK. My lawyer is a beast.”

David also took to social media to share the news.  “Yes the kids are coming back. Stay tuned,” he posted on Snapchat.

Jenelle lost custody of her children in May because of her husband David Eason’s behavior. David shot and killed the family dog after it snapped at his daughter Ensley. CPS was called and the children were removed from the home. Jenelle was also subsequently fired from “Teen Mom 2,”  the series that made her famous.

According to TMZ,  the judge ruled that daughter,  2-year-old Ensley and son, 4-year-old Kaiser will be returned to their mom. Kaiser was staying with his dad, Nathan Griffith, and his mother, temporarily. Ensley was in the custody of Jenelle’s mom Barbara Evans, who also has custody of Jenelle’s oldest son Jace.

Following the decision, Jenelle shared an exclusive statement with ChampionDaily.com about her children being returned to her.

“Today [was] the final day we were in court from 9am-6pm,” she told  ChampionDaily. “[The judge] didn’t find any evidence against us of neglect or abuse of any sort. With everything that was presented as evidence, the judge found that CPS only had ‘hearsay.’ What CPS presented didn’t stand up to the definition of abuse or neglect. When the judge said her decision it was so ‘matter-of-fact’ tone and blunt that I was in shock but bursted out into tears immediately!”

“I’m extremely overwhelmed that it’s over and didn’t expect it to be,” Jenelle added.”I thought I would have to go another holiday without my kids and I don’t! I feel blessed.”

As for 9- year-old Jace, he remains in her mother Barbara’s care.

“Jace will remain with my mom, normal schedule every other weekend visits and 2 week visits on school breaks,” Jenelle said.

Jenelle has three children with three different men. Her first son Jace, with whom she began the Teen Mom series with, is from ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, her second son Kaiser is with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith and her daughter Ensley is with current husband David Eason, the main reason for her current troubles.
